Inside the luxury apartment “The Dean,” Travis Hyde Properties set out to create a warm, inviting space that feels both timeless and special—perfect for everything from small meetings to big celebrations.

A custom Art Deco Chinoiserie carpet adds a playful touch of pattern and history, while the rich, autumn-inspired color palette nods to Ithaca’s stunning Fall season. Original mushroom columns got a glam upgrade with glossy tiles, and the bar steals the show with a gorgeous slab of natural stone that brings movement and depth.

It’s a space that’s all about thoughtful details, cozy elegance, and a little everyday magic.
